At least 10 Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire and 7 others arrested Sunday during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Jalazone refugee camp north of Ramallah.
Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah said that 9 injured Palestinians were transferred to Palestine Medical Complex adding that 6 Palestinians were injured by live ammunition while 3 suffered rubber-coated metal bullet wounds.
The Ministry described the injures as “moderate” noting that most of them were in the lower limbs of the body.
The IOF soldiers further violently assaulted the Palestinian citizen Saleh Abu Sharifa who was later taken to the hospital.
Local sources reported that the IOF arrested 7 Palestinian youths during a raid into Jalazone camp transferred them to an unknown destination and confiscated a vehicle owned by one of the detainees.
