At least 10 Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) from the West Bank and Jerusalem at predawn time Wednesday.
Israeli policemen and intelligence officers stormed a Palestinian home in Bab Hitta adjacent to al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem and arrested the elderly Palestinian Saleh al-Fakhury before they summoned his son Rami to questioning and seized his laptop and cell phones.
The occupation forces kidnapped three Palestinians from Silwan town south of al-Aqsa Mosque. The young man Salah al-Hamouri was kidnapped from his home in Kafr Akeb north of Occupied Jerusalem.
Overnight Israeli policemen kidnapped a Palestinian from al-Sheikh Jarah neighborhood in Occupied Jerusalem and another from al-Tur.
At the same time two Palestinian young men were kidnapped by the IOF soldiers from Qalqilya.
The IOF further detained Muslim worshipers at Salah al-Deen Mosque in al-Duheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem.
Israeli army troops escorted by sniffer dogs also broke into civilian homes in the city.
Meanwhile the occupation patrols stormed Ras Karkar town in Ramallah and seized security cameras from Palestinian shops.
The assault culminated in the abduction of Mohamed Abu Juheisha 34 from his home in Idna town west of al-Khalil province.
Overnight Mohamed’s brother Saadi 26 was arrested by the IOF on claims of his connection to a weapon-laden truck that was on its way to the town.
