The Palestinian health ministry on Tuesday reported 11 new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) and 1158 new positive tests in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report six of the new victims who died of the virus are from different areas of the West Bank three from Jerusalem and two from the Gaza Strip.
44 critically ill COVID-19 patients are also receiving intensive care in hospitals and nine of them have been placed on ventilators.
