Sada Social Center documented more than 125 violations against Palestinian content on various social media platforms in October 2022.
Sada Social Center indicates that journalists and media institutions were the most vulnerable to violations with 82% as dozens of accounts of Palestinian activists journalists and media institutions have been restricted and deleted.
The Center affirmed that 46 Palestinian accounts and pages were completely deleted.
The Center in cooperation with more than 60 media outlets and journalists signed a petition protesting the Meta crackdown against Palestinian online content.
Meta is the platform where digital violations against Palestinian content were most committed as the center monitored 107 violations on Facebook and Instagram during October while five violations were committed on TikTok and one violation on YouTube and five on Twitter.
