Groups of Israeli extremist settlers early Thursday stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Jerusalem via the Israeli-controlled al-Magharebah Gate.
113 settlers and 21 government officials forced their way into the holy mosque via al-Magharebah Gate under heavy protection by Israeli police.
The settlers performed provocative Talmudic rituals before leaving the site.
