The Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Saturday that 14 deaths and 1486 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated that the deaths were for three citizens from al-Khalil four citizens from Nablus two citizens from Jenin and a citizen from Tubas in addition to four citizens from the Gaza Strip.
The ministry recorded 279 recovery cases in the West Bank and 255 in the Gaza Strip.
The recovery rate of coronavirus reached 84.94 percent while the rate of active infections reached 14.22 percent and the death rate was 0.84% of all cases according to the ministry.
The ministry pointed out that there are 51 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 9 who have been placed on ventilators.
