The Palestinian health ministry on Saturday reported 15 new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 1461 new positive tests and 984 recoveries in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report 63 critically ill COVID-19 patients are also receiving intensive care in hospitals and 10 of them have been placed on ventilators.
79.2 percent of the total cases have recovered from the disease while the rate of active cases has reached 19.9 percent and the rate of deaths is 0.9 percent of the total cases according to data updated today by the ministry.
