At least 16 Palestinian citizens suffered injuries when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) attacked participants in the March of Return rallies on the eastern Gaza border.
According to the Palestinian health ministry paramedics provided medical assistance to at least 16 citizens suffering from either teargas or rubber bullet injuries.
Among the wounded were a female paramedic and a journalist.
Despite the scorching hot weather thousands of citizens participated in the 56th week of the March of Return rallies.
