The Palestinian health ministry on Tuesday reported 181 new positive tests associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) and 140 recoveries from the virus in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip with no new deaths during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report 35 patients are receiving medical care in hospitals and special treatment centers and 13 of them have been admitted to intensive care units.
98.5 percent of the total cases have recovered from the disease while the rate of active cases has reached 0.4 percent and the rate of deaths is 1.1 percent of the total cases according to data updated today by the ministry.
