The Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) sentenced 20 Palestinians to administrative prison terms with neither charge nor trial.
According to a Thursday morning statement by the Prisoners’ and Ex-Prisoners’ Commission recently 20 administrative sentences were issued by the IOA against Palestinian detainees for periods ranging from three to six renewable months.
Administrative detention is a policy pursued by the IOA that gives green light to the incarceration of Palestinian anti-occupation protesters and activists with neither charge nor trial and under the “secret file” pretext.
