The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale arrest campaign throughout the West Bank on Wednesday morning targeting Hamas members and activists.
The Israeli arrest campaign came along with a similar crackdown campaign carried out by PA security forces ahead of the Hamas Movement’s commemoration of its 35th founding anniversary.
Eight cadres of Hamas Movement were detained in al-Khalil while four others were detained in Nablus.
Three more arrests were reported in Jenin and one in Bethlehem while two others were detained in Tulkarem.
Along the same line two Palestinians were rounded up in Ramallah and Qalqilya while three others were detained in Occupied Jerusalem. An ex-prisoner was also arrested in Jericho.
