The Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Saturday that 25 deaths 1750 new infections with the coronavirus and 2019 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
It noted that the recovery rate of coronavirus reached 80.07 percent while the rate of active infections reached 18.7 percent and the death rate was 0.9% of all infections.
The ministry stated that the new COVID-19 victims were recorded in Nablus Tulkarem al-Khalil Jenin Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip.
The new cases were distributed as follows: Nablus 118 Tulkarem 67 al-Khalil 94 Salfit 31 Bethlehem 87 Ramallah 154 Jenin 90 Qalqilya 24 Jericho 8 Tubas 7 Ramallah 144 Gaza Strip 876 Jerusalem suburbs 58 and Jerusalem 146 according to the ministry.
It pointed out that there are 128 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 35 who have been placed on ventilators.
