The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign across the West Bank on Friday morning. 29 Palestinians were rounded up.
23 students of the Birzeit University were detained while camping in the Zarqa area located between Beit Rima and Aboud towns northwest of Ramallah.
Meanwhile clashes erupted in Aboud town after being violently stormed by IOF troops. An IOF jeep caught fire after a Molotov cocktails attack in the town.
In al-Khalil the IOF arrested Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Hathlin and his two sons Qassem and Abdel-Rahman after breaking into Masafer Yatta villages south of the city.
Another Palestinian was detained in Jenin while two more were rounded up in Nablus including an ex-prisoner.
