The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Friday that 33 deaths 1418 new cases of the coronavirus and 2026 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated that the new infections were distributed as follows: Salfit 25 Jenin 170 Tulkarem 77 Nablus 174 Tubas 30 Qalqilya 33 Ramallah and Al-Bireh 81 al-Khalil 65 Bethlehem 36 Jericho and Al-Aghwar 8 the suburbs of Jerusalem 6 the Gaza Strip 1673 and Jerusalem 40.
It pointed out that there are 190 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 54 who have been placed on ventilators.
Regarding the vaccination campaign the total number of people who received the corona vaccine in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 140032 including 12471 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
