RAMALLAH (PIC)– The IOF troops carried out 40 incursions into the West Bank and Gaza Strip during one week 37 of which occurred in different parts of the West Bank and three limited incursions in the Strip.
During the 40 incursions from the third until the ninth of May the IOF troops stormed dozens of buildings and residential homes and fired randomly and deliberately several times at the Palestinian citizens and their homes according to a report by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights.
The report revealed that the IOF troops had arrested during its incursions 60 Palestinian civilians in the West Bank including five children and one woman; accordingly the number of Palestinian citizens who had been arrested since the beginning of this year rose to 1123 detainees.
The most large-scale incursion occurred in the Tulkarm city and Nur Shams and Tulkarm refugee camps on May 8th during which the IOF troops abducted 15 Palestinian citizens including the Hamas spokesman in the West Bank.
