Between June 12 and 18 403 citizens tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) and 224 others recovered from the virus in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. No related death happened during the week.
This came in a new COVID-19 situation report released on Sunday by the Palestinian health ministry in Ramallah.
According to the report 400 of the new COVID-19 cases are from the West Bank and three others are from Gaza.
Moreover four patients are also receiving medical care in hospitals where one of them is being treated in an intensive care unit and the others have been placed on ventilators.
