The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) detained Friday evening five Palestinian teens during clashes that erupted in the Beit Ummar town in northern al-Khalil in the southern West Bank.
Israeli forces reportedly assaulted the detainees during their detention and transfer from inside the Israeli military tower set up at the entrance to the town.
The detainees were identified as Qais Mohammed Kamel Abu Maria 15 Wahid Hamdi Abu Mariya 16 Nasser Abed al-Hamid Abu Maria 16 Sayil Jihad Ali Sabarneh 16 and Mahdi Abed al-Hamid Abu Maria 15.
Several Palestinians also suffered tear-gas suffocation during the clashes the sources added.
