At least nine Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Tuesday in abduction sweeps rocking the West Bank and Jerusalem.
According to the Hebrew-speaking 0404 news site clashes flared up at dawn as Israeli forces repaired the holes made by Palestinian anti-occupation youth on the apartheid wall in Abu Dis town east of Occupied Jerusalem.
Israeli army and police attacked Palestinian protesters with teargas canisters and bullet fire leaving three protesters injured.
Four Palestinians were arrested in the clashes.
At the same time the Israeli military kidnapped on Tuesday the Dean of Students at Bethlehem University Mahmoud Hammad aged 47 from his family home in al-Saf Street.
Young man Omar Abu Haniyeh was also kidnapped by the IOF from Qalqilya’s eastern town of Azzoun.
Another Palestinian youth was kidnapped by the occupation army from his home in Nablus’s eastern corners.
