AMB fires 3 missiles at Kfar Aza declares end of truce

Wednesday 6-December-2006

Gaza- The AMB the armed wing of the Fatah Movement on Wednesday claimed responsibility for firing three “upgraded” home-made missiles at the Israeli settlement of Kfar Aza in the green line (Palestinian lands occupied in 1948).

The armed wing said that the shelling was in retaliation to the IOF troops’ daily violation of the calm in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

It said that the Israeli crimes were committed round-the-clock against the Palestinian people despite the Palestinian factions’ abidance by the truce.

The AMB finally asserted that it had decided to end its commitment to the truce “out of keenness on the Palestinian citizens and national interests” and would resume attacks on “enemy positions wherever they may be”.
