Head of Hamas’s political bureau Khaled Mishaal and his deputy Ismail Haneyya discussed Thursday evening with Chairman of Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas ways to achieve Palestinian reconciliation.
The meeting was organized by Qatari foreign Minister Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Thani in Doha.
The three Palestinian leaders stressed during the meeting the need to resume reconciliation talks between Fatah and Hamas Movements.
According to Wafa News Agency Abbas stressed the importance of achieving national reconciliation ending the internal division forming a unity government and holding the elections.
Abbas also hailed Qatari and Egyptian efforts to achieve reconciliation in order to unite the Palestinian front in face of Israeli acts of aggression.
