Senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri has affirmed that his Movement would remain adherent to the path of resistance to liberate the land and the strategy of capturing Israeli soldiers to extract the freedom of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
This came during his visit on Wednesday to the tent pitched in solidarity with Palestinian prisoners in El-Buss refugee camp north of Tyre in southern Lebanon.
In a speech Abu Zuhri described the issue of the prisoners in Israeli jails as an important segment of the Palestinian cause and called for supporting them at home and abroad.
He also called on the Palestinians in the camp to actively participate in events and activities in support of their national cause.
He reiterated his Movement’s adherence to the Palestinian national constants especially the right of return and the resistance option as a means to liberate the land and holy sites.
