The Israel Prison Service (IPS) has decided to suspend family visits for Hamas-affiliated prisoners from the besieged Gaza Strip a rights activist revealed Thursday.
Head of the Palestinian Prisoners Media Center in Gaza Abdul Rahman Shadid told the PIC that the decision came as part of Israeli punitive measures against prisoners.
He described the decision as a flagrant violation of the simplest rights of prisoners.
