The preacher of al-Aqsa mosque Sheikh Ekrema Sabri demanded that Arab and Mulsim countries bridge the gap in the budget of UNRWA so that the Palestinian refugees can return to their homeland.
In his Friday sermon Sheikh Sabri stressed the right of the return of Palestinian refugees whose number has exceeded seven million.
He pointed out that the US decision on UNRWA’s aid cut was expected because conspiracies have been plotted against the Palestinian Question Occupied Jerusalem and the refugees.
Over 40000 Muslim worshipers performed Friday prayer at al-Aqsa Mosque amid tightened security measures of Israeli police.
