Angry Palestinian young men on Saturday attacked a bus carrying Jewish settlers on a road in northern al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said a group of youths hurled stones and empty bottles at a bus boarded by settlers at the main entrance to Beit Ummar town north of al-Khalil pointing out that the bus came from the illegal settlement of Efrat.
The reporter added that Israeli soldiers opened fire at the young men from a watchtower at the entrance to the town and closed the road for a while.
He affirmed that other soldiers aboard a jeep chased young men in nearby fields and captured a 16-year-old child.
