Anonymous anti-occupation gunmen opened fire at noontime Saturday at an Israeli police station in Kiryat Arbaa illegal settlement outpost built on Palestinian land east of al-Khalil province.
According to Hebrew-speaking news outlets the shooting attack targeted a police station in Givat Haavot in Kiryat Arabaa settlement.
Israeli soldiers claimed that ammunition remnants were detected shortly afterwards.
No injuries were reported in the alleged attack. The occupation army raked through the area in the hunt for the gunmen.
Nearly 7200 Israeli settlers reside in Kiryat Arbaa outpost built on Palestinian lands in the southern occupied West Bank province of al-Khalil.
