Israeli sources claimed on Friday afternoon that an Israeli bus was subjected to a shooting attack at the bypass Road 60 near Kiryat Arba settlement to the east of al-Khalil in the southern West Bank.
The Hebrew sources said that no injuries were reported. However Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced a state of alert on Thursday evening after calls had been made by Palestinian factions for escalating clashes with IOF soldiers on the sixth Friday of anger in protest at the US recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
