A Palestinian guard at holy al-Aqsa Mosque and two young men were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) from Jerusalem city on Wednesday morning.
Member of al-Aqsa’s supervision staff Hamza Namer was arrested by the Israeli forces near al-Aqsa’s entrance gate of al-Silsila while on his way to his workplace.
On Sunday evening the Israeli intelligence summoned Namer to questioning just one month after he ended a ban-order from al-Aqsa Mosque.
Meanwhile the Wadi Hilweh Information Center said 19-year-old youth Alaa Abu Taya was kidnapped by the occupation forces from his family home in Silwan’s neighborhood of Ein al-Lawza. Youngster Tareq al-Abassi 26 was also kidnapped from his home in Kouroum Kamar neighborhood in Silwan and had his mobile phone seized by the Israelis.
On Tuesday 14-year-old minor Kusay Abu Ramouz was kidnapped by the IOF on his way back home from school located in Jerusalem’s eastern village of al-Tur. Child Ahmed Mahmoud also aged 14 was kidnapped by the IOF from Ras al-Amoud in Silwan.
