Israeli occupation forces (IOF) came under gunfire attack at the entrance to Silwad town northeast of Ramallah on Friday evening.
Local sources reported that a Palestinian resistance fighter opened fire at IOF soldiers stationed at the entrance to the town before withdrawing from the area. They said that the soldiers returned fire but could not hit the fighter.
In Occupied Jerusalem clashes broke out in Abu Dis town after being stormed by Israeli police forces while firing teargas bombs.
Earlier Friday dozens of Palestinians were injured when IOF soldiers brutally attacked the West Bank anti-occupation weekly marches.
