A Palestinian young man was injured on Sunday morning when a horde of armed settlers opened fire at him as he was driving his car on a road in the northeast of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
According to Palestinian security sources an armed settler opened fire at a car traveling on a road near the town of Bani Na’im in the northeast of al-Khali injuring its young driver in his back.
Despite his injury the young man managed to drive his car to the neighboring village of Beit Einun where citizens took him to a hospital in al-Khalil for medical assistance.
Several roads across the occupied West Bank were shut down over the last few days by extremist settlers where they carried out several attacks recently on Palestinian drivers and passers-by with the Israeli occupation forces turning a blind eye.
