A horde of armed Jewish settlers on Saturday brutalized Palestinian shepherds in Khirbet Makhoul hamlet in the northern Jordan Valley.
According to eyewitnesses a group of settlers assaulted shepherds as they were herding their cattle in the east of Khirbet Makhoul and prevented them from going to nearby pastures at the gunpoint.
Palestinian shepherds in the northern Jordan Valley are exposed almost on a daily basis to harassment and assaults by Jewish settlers who live in illegal outposts and settlements in the region.
