The recognition by the U.S. President Donald Trump of Occupied Jerusalem as Israel’s capital has brought to light the real face of the U.S. administration Deputy Chairman of Hamas’s political bureau Saleh al-Arouri has said.
In al-Arouri’s terms the U.S. administration has posed for a peace-broker party. “However Trump’s move has given the game away.”
Al-Arouri said the best response to Trump’s decision is to escalate protest moves and boost national unity.
“Only resistance will oust the Israeli occupation” al-Arouri further stated.
On December 6 Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of the self-proclaimed Israeli state and pledged to relocate the U.S. Embassy to the holy city sparking universal protests and condemnations.
