MP Ahmad Attoun called on Palestinians in the West Bank and 1948 Occupied Palestine to visit al-Aqsa Mosque in the eve of the Palestinian Nakba Day which coincides on May 15 on which Israeli settlers will be raiding the holy site at the pretext of marking the so called “Israel’s Independence Day”.
In a press statement on Wednesday Attoun cautioned about the seriousness of the escalation of the pace of Judaizing the city of Jerusalem. He accused the Palestinian Authority with failure to exert the needed efforts to support the city and the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites.
MP Attoun called for launching an emergency plan to save what has been left in the city and to unify Palestinian Arab and Islamic efforts in one strategy capable for confronting Israeli schemes.
