Member of Hamas’s political bureau Husam Badran has called for necessarily maintaining full readiness for all successive challenges that are plaguing the Palestinian cause.
In a press remarks to Quds Press Badran warned that “the Palestinian cause is being exposed to attempts to liquidate it and obliterate the Palestinian people’s rights.”
“The Bahrain workshop was not the last attempt to hit the Palestinian cause although its results came as we expected. The conference failed but that does not mean we can sit and relax” the Hamas official said.
“What came out of the Bahrain workshop showed that there were no viable outputs and there was nothing positive for the Palestinian cause” he added.
He applauded the State of Kuwait for its supportive position towards the Palestinian cause and its refusal to participate in the Manama conference.
“This [Kuwaiti] stand deserves all respect and appreciation because of its clarity and honesty. It has reflected the real popular position not only in Kuwait but in all the Gulf states and Arab countries in general” Badran said.
