Break-ins arrests in occupied West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched at dawn Wednesday a large-scale arrest campaign in several areas of the West Bank.

According to the PIC reporters 19 Palestinians were arrested.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that violent confrontations flared up between Palestinian youths and the IOF soldiers as the latter stormed Balata refugee camp and Kafr Qalil town in Nablus province and arrested 3 Palestinians.

A special force of undercover soldiers arrested the Palestinian youth Waseem Mansour a resident of Kafr Qalil town in Ramallah. The IOF raided Mansour’s family’s house at least three times recently in search for him and wreaked havoc in it according to local sources.

The PIC reporter in Tulkarem said that the IOF arrested Anan Badawi a 48-year-old owner of a publishing house in Shweika town after breaking into his house and searching it.

Similar raids and arrests were reported in Jenin al-Khalil and Bethlehem.
