Israeli police on Sunday set up caravans in Wadi al-Jeer area near Abu Dis village east of Occupied Jerusalem in preparation for the forcible transfer of Khan al-Ahmar residents.
Activist Hani Halabiya said that Israeli police closed many roads in al-Eizariya and Abu Dis villages which lead to Khan al-Ahmar community.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that since the early hours of Sunday morning bulldozers arrived in the area to raze the land and set up mobile homes.
Meanwhile activists called on Palestinian citizens to march in the evening in al-Eizariya against the planned demolition of Khan al-Ahmar village.
