Clashes broke out on Sunday evening between Palestinian youths and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) after the latter raided Azzun town east of Qalqilya.
Local sources told the PIC reporter that the Palestinian youths threw stones and Molotov cocktails at settler vehicles near the town adding that the skirmishes developed into violent confrontations with the soldiers stationed at the northern entrance to Azzun.
They reported that a group of IOF soldiers detained a Palestinian youth at Azzun entrance and assaulted him while others were deployed at different crossroads inside the town.
