The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Wednesday stormed different areas of Tubas and Tulkarem in the West Bank clashed with local young men and carried out arrests.
According to local sources the IOF rounded up young men and wounded others during skirmishes in Tubas and Tulkarem.
Eyewitnesses told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that a young man called Laith Daraghmeh suffered a bullet injury in the thigh and was arrested during clashes with soldiers near the Old Mosque in Tubas.
Three other young men were also taken prisoners during the IOF campaign in Tubas but one of them was released after searching his home.
In Tulkarem several citizens suffered from inhaling tear gas inside their homes when soldiers intensively fired tear gas at them during clashes with local young men in Zeita al-Sharawiya town.
Local sources said that the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes in the town brutalized citizens and chased some young men through alleys.
