Clashes burst out on Tuesday evening between Palestinian protesters and the Israeli occupation forces near Jerusalem’s Bab al-Sahira.
Heavily-armed Israeli troops and special units cordoned off Jerusalem’s boisterous street of Salah al-Deen and violently disbanded a march condemning Trump’s recent decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Tension has been running high in and around Salah al-Deen Street and Bab Sahira where Israeli patrols and cavalry units have been spotted since the early morning.
