The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Tuesday that 10 deaths 475 new infections with the coronavirus and 417 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated in the daily epidemiological report of COVID-19 that the recovery rate of coronavirus reached 84.9 percent while the rate of active infections reached 14.3 percent and the death rate was 0.8% of all cases.
The new infections were distributed as follows: al-Khalil 70 Nablus 45 Bethlehem 67 Qalqilya 9 Ramallah and Al-Bireh 41 Jenin 33 Jericho and Al-Aghwar 23 Salfit 1 Tulkarem 30 Gaza Strip 146 and the suburbs of Jerusalem 10.
The Ministry indicated that there are 46 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 11 who have been placed on ventilators.
