Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday attacked the anti-settlement weekly demonstration of Kafr Qaddum town east of Qalqilya injuring scores of Palestinian citizens.
Local sources said that dozens of Palestinian citizens suffered tear gas inhalation as they were protesting against land seizure and calling for opening Kafr Qaddum’s main road which has been closed for 16 years.
Activist Murad Shtewi said that the IOF soldiers heavily fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets at the peaceful demonstrators.
