Dozens of Jerusalemites attended the Friday prayer in a sit-in tent in Silwan south of the Aqsa Mosque to protest against the demolition of Palestinian houses by Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) in al-Bostan neighborhood in Jerusalem.
The protesters called on the world community to exert pressures on the IOA to stop the demolition of Palestinian houses in Silwan.
Since 2005 the IOA has been trying to demolish al-Bostan neighborhood to establish a biblical garden on the neighborhood’s remains.
