Dozens of Jewish settlers entered the holy Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem on Wednesday morning and performed Talmudic rituals under heavy Israeli police protection.
Local sources said that the settlers broke into the holy Islamic shrine through the Maghareba Gate on the eastern flank of the holy site.
They pointed out that the settlers performed Talmudic rituals under police protection as the Israeli occupation forces blocked entry of Muslim worshipers into their holy site.
Jewish settlers on semi daily basis enter the Aqsa Mosque compound and stroll freely under police escort.
