A horde of Jewish settlers on Friday set fire to an olive grove in al-Khader town west of Bethlehem destroying dozens of trees.
According to local sources settlers infiltrated into Wad ash-Shami area of the town and torched 50 olive trees whose ages exceed 20 years.
The olive grove belongs to a local resident called Ameen Salah.
Jewish settlers repeatedly attack Palestinian-owned agricultural lands and property in the West Bank where there are over 200 illegal settlements and dozens of small outposts.
Incidents of terrorism and violence by extremist Jewish settlers against Palestinians and their property are a daily occurrence throughout the West Bank but Israeli law enforcement authorities exhibit extreme incompetence in addressing such widespread occurrence of settlers’ crimes.
