Dozens of Palestinians and American citizens and activists demonstrated in Texas City on Sunday in protest at Israel’s plan to annex Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank.
The demonstrators waved Palestine flags and raised banners condemning the annexation and Israel’s settlement activity in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had announced that the annexation would begin in July 2020 but due to disagreements inside the Israeli government and with the US administration the implementation has been postponed.
