The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped on Tuesday eight Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank.

According to local sources the IOF kidnaped three citizens from their homes in different areas of Nablus.

Another citizen was kidnaped by the IOF from his home in Tayasir village east of Tubas City.

In Ramallah four young men were taken prisoners during IOF raids on homes in al-Jalazon refugee camp.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Sunday eight Palestinian citizens from different West Bank areas.

According to local sources the IOF kidnaped a young man from his home in al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya village northwest of Ramallah.

The IOF also raided homes in Dura al-Qari’a town northeast of Ramallah and kidnaped five citizens.

Two others were taken prisoners by the IOF in al-Khalil while another citizen identified as photojournalist Mohamed ad-Duweik was kidnaped from Jerusalem.

According to local sources the IOF kidnaped four young men from their homes in Bethlehem city and Tuqu town.

The detainees were identified as Ibrahim al-Huraimi Murad Abu Ahour Anan al-Badan and Hamza Sabah.

Another four young men were also taken prisoners during IOF campaigns in Qalqilya Tulkarem and al-Khalil.

A statement by the Israeli army claimed that the eight citizens were wanted by the security authorities.

According to local sources the IOF stormed the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city and kidnaped four young men from the family of al-Saadi.

In al-Khalil the IOF kidnaped an ex-detainee called Ahmed Abu Hash’hash from his home in Dura town and two other citizens in Beit Awwa town.

In Nablus the IOF ransacked homes belonging to the family of Bannat in the old Askar refugee camp and kidnaped a young man called Jihad Bannat.

The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank raided several homes and clashed with local youths.

In Bethlehem the IOF kidnaped two young men identified as Mohamed Roumi and Suleiman al-Dabs from their homes in Aida refugee camp.

The IOF also broke into and ransacked several homes in other areas of the West Bank and kidnaped seven citizens.

They also handed an ex-detainee called Ra’ed Abu Za’nouna a summons for interrogation from the Shin Bet after storming his home in at-Tabaqa west of al-Khalil.
