The Palestinian health ministry on Thursday reported eight new deaths associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus) 442 new positive tests and 281 recoveries in the West Bank Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry’s daily report all the victims who died of the virus are from different areas of the West Bank while 81 of the new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Gaza.
36 critically ill patients have also been admitted to intensive care units and six of them have been placed on ventilators.
