Jewish settlers on Sunday beat a Palestinian old farmer while he was working in his land between Kafr al-Labad and Shufa villages in the West Bank city of Tulkarem.
Eyewitnesses said that armed Jewish settlers brutally beat the 70-year-old Palestinian farmer Mustafa Fuqaha. The old man suffered fractures and bruises all over his body.
Three months ago Jewish settlers attacked Fuqaha’s brother while he was grazing his sheep in his land forcing him to leave the land in preparation to expand the illegal settlement of Annab established on Palestinian-owned lands east of Tulkarem.
In another development the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) issued stop-work orders against two Palestinian houses near Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil under the pretext of construction without a permit according to the coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees Fuad Al-Amour.
