Saeb Erekat chief negotiator of the Palestinian Authority (PA) has denied news reports claiming that president Mahmoud Abbas refused to take a phone call from a top White House official this week
In a press release on Thursday Erekat said news about Abbas’s refusal to talk over the phone with Jared Kushner who is US president Donald Trump’s son-in-law and adviser was completely false.
He affirmed that Abbas respects and appreciates Kushner.
