Executive force declares full alert to protect Palestinian people

Tuesday 12-June-2007

GAZA (PIC)– The executive force of the PA interior ministry has declared full alert among its lines affirming it will protect and defend the Palestinian people against the IOF troops and their collaborators in the Palestinian arena.

“We will no longer tolerate any aggression on our people and cadres of the executive force and we will chase everyone that attacks and instigates against the force” a statement issued by the force and a copy of which was faxed to the PIC on Monday affirmed.

The statement also explained that the force was purposely established to protect the Palestinian people’s national interests against those conniving against them in the local arena and abroad after PA security apparatuses proved they were weak and unwilling to do so.

The force also condemned what it described as “mutineers and traitors” in Fatah faction and accused them of complementing the Israeli occupation’s role in targeting the Palestinian people and killing resistance cadres especially cadres of the executive force.

“This group of deviated mutineers attempted to twist facts and deceive the Palestinian public by portraying the force as the aggressor that hampers work of Palestinian hospitals using PA media apparatuses to spread its poisonous propaganda” the statement pointed out.

In this context the executive force vowed not to remain idle vis-à-vis the heinous crimes of that mutiny trend of Fatah which the force accused of allying themselves with enemies of the Palestinian people.

Mazen Ajjor one of the executive force cadres was kidnapped and executed at the hands of the mutineers in cold blood before torching his home and kidnapping his elder brother Dr. Maher Ajjor.

PA civil defense workers were prevented by the vandals from access the home and put off the fire one of the civil defense officers affirmed.

Another cadre of the executive force identified as Basil Al-Kafarna was also killed and a number of his comrades were wounded when the mischievous elements attacked their outpost in Beit Hanon city north of Gaza Strip. The victims were monitoring movements of the IOF troops in the area.
