Extremist Jewish settlers on Saturday deployed four prefabricated houses on Palestinian-owned swaths of land in Khirbet Zanuta east of al-Dhahiriya town in al-Khalil.
According to local sources young settlers from the hardline “Hilltop Youth” group placed mobile homes on swaths of land belonging to the families of al-Makharaza and al-Jabarin in Khirbet Zanuta which is located near the illegal settlement of Shim’a.
In recent years young settlers from nearby illegal settlements escalated their attacks on Palestinian citizens and their property across the West Bank and embarked on seizing more lands and establishing small outposts on them.
